Please ensure all delivery details are correct before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be made once the order has been placed. Orders with incomplete addresses will be treated as returns and processed for a refund.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed on business days before 23:30 (CET) will be processed and shipped the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. MAZDELI has no control over these fees and they may be requested at the time of delivery or at a later date.
Shipping Partners & Delivery
Your package will be handled by premium carriers such as DHL, GLS, or FedEx. If you are not available during delivery, the courier may deliver your package to a neighbor or a nearby service point.
Important: Please monitor your tracking link closely. If a package is not collected from a service point within one week, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as a regular return (refunded minus shipping costs).
Delays & Peak Seasons
During holidays or high-demand sale periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased volume at both our warehouse and with our shipping partners. We recommend placing your orders early during these periods to ensure timely arrival.
