Shipping policy :

• Shipping costs for Belgium and the Netherlands are € 4.95. all orders over € 100 are free. 

• Shipping time commences once your package is dispatched from our warehouse.

• All our shipments are traceable. For DHL Global Mail shipments, tracking becomes available upon arrival in Germany, typically within 1-2 days. 

• Orders are shipped directly from our NL warehouse within 24 to 48 hours after placement. NL orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same day, while orders placed afterward are shipped the following day. Weekend orders are processed on Mondays. 

• For international orders, shipping time begins when the order reaches Germany and tracking information becomes accessible. 

• Please note that order changes or cancellations are not possible once the items have been shipped. If you have any inquiries, please contact us.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

For a seamless return or exchange process, we recommend using the Mazdeli return center. Simply visit our return center, and you will receive step-by-step instructions, both online and via email.

 

To streamline the exchange of your item, consider returning it to us and placing a new order for the correct size or item promptly. This ensures that your desired item remains in stock.

 

To Qualify for a Refund or Exchange:

 

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, please adhere to the following criteria:

 

•The items must be in new condition, unworn, and include all hangtags and original packaging.

•The returned items must reach our warehouse within 30 days of their arrival.

 

Please note that items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted as returns.

 

Fees

 

Mazdeli is not responsible for any import or customs fees associated with your order's shipment. Please consult your country's terms to determine if additional costs apply.

 

Late or Lost Orders

 

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing an order. Mazdeli cannot be held responsible for missing parcels dispatched to incorrect addresses or requests for delivery to neighbors or outdoor locations. Any issues with orders regarding missing or lost items should be reported to us via email at service@mazdeliclo.com. We will initiate an investigation with the courier, and refunds or reshipments can only be processed after 20 working days for Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany orders, and 30 working days for international orders, provided that the courier classifies the items as lost.

 

Tracking Shows Received, but I Never Received My Order

 

In cases where items are delivered to workplaces, it is possible they were received by a different company or colleague. You can request a proof of delivery certificate from the courier in such instances. Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for orders tracked as delivered. We recommend shipping items to a secure address.

 

Returns

 

We offer a 14-day exchange or refund guarantee. Beyond this period, we cannot process refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned after the 14-day limit, we will re-send it to the customer. While we provide free shipping in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, as well as worldwide for orders above €80,-, shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount when a package is returned for a refund. We do not cover any customs duties, such as VAT and import duty, for returned orders. Customers are responsible for all associated costs and charges for their returned orders. Lost returns are not eligible for refunds, so we recommend using a tracked shipping option.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used once the return is processed in our warehouse. This process may take up to 14 days from the time of arrival. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed. The refund will cover the product cost, excluding the shipping costs incurred for your order.

 

Received a Faulty or Wrong Item

 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. This can occasionally occur due to factory or warehouse errors, as we are all human. Please contact us at service@mazdeliclo.com within 30 days of receiving the item. When reaching out, please provide the following information:
