How to Return or Exchange

  1. Start your request: Click Start Your Return and enter your order number and email address.

  2. Select items: Follow the on‑screen steps and choose the items you want to return or exchange.

  3. Approval & instructions: Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your return form and shipping guidelines.

  4. Pack & ship: Include the invoice and the return form in the parcel and send the items back within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

  5. Exchanges: Choose your desired size/product in the portal. We will ship your exchange after we receive and inspect the returned items. If the requested item is sold out, we’ll notify you and ship it as soon as it becomes available again.

Return Window & Eligibility

  • Return window: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Returns received more than 14 days after delivery at our warehouse will be automatically rejected and returned to you.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must:

    • Be in their original condition.

    • For clothing, be unwashed and unworn.

    • Include original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Include the invoice; otherwise, we cannot process your refund.

Tip: Use a tracked shipping method and keep your receipt. Mazdeli is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Exchanges

  • Request an exchange during the return setup by selecting the desired size or product.

  • Dispatch timing: We ship exchanges after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Stock availability: If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll notify you; it will be sent as soon as it’s available again. If it won’t restock, we’ll offer a refund (subject to the policy below) or store credit.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are returnable, but refunds are issued as a Mazdeli gift card (digital code).

  • Gift cards do not expire.

Return Charges & Original Shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If you received free shipping (e.g., because your order met a free‑shipping threshold) and you return items for a refund, we will deduct the shipping costs we incurred from your refund.

Refunds – Process & Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for inspection and processing.

  • Approval email: We’ll send an email confirming we received your return and whether it’s approved or rejected based on the eligibility criteria above.

  • Refund method: If approved, we will refund the product price(s) (less any shipping deductions) to your original payment method.

  • Timing: After approval, please allow up to 10 working days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Note: Refunds exclude original shipping charges, and return shipping is at your expense.

Packaging & Documentation

  • Include the return form (provided in your approval email) and the invoice inside the parcel.

  • Ensure the product packaging is protected (e.g., place shoe/apparel boxes inside a shipping carton).

Non‑Returnable / Non‑Eligible Items (for clarity)

  • Items returned outside the 14‑day window.

  • Items used, worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags/packaging.

  • Returns without the invoice.

If a non‑eligible return is received, it will be rejected and returned to the sender.
