How to Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
Send the items back within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return request is approved.
For exchanges, please select the desired size or product. We will send the exchanges once we receive the returned items. If an item is sold out, we will notify you and send it as soon as it becomes available again.
Fill out the return form provided in the approval email sent after registering the return.
Returnable Items

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Returns received more than 14 days after delivery at our warehouse will be automatically rejected and returned to the customer, so please ship your return promptly.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• They must be in their original condition.
• For clothing, they must be unwashed and unworn.
• They must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Please include the invoice; otherwise, we cannot process your refund.

Returns from Sale

Sale items can be returned, but they will be credited as a gift card. The gift card will be provided as a code and has no expiration date.

Return Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refund Process

We offer free shipping in The Netherlands and worldwide for orders above a specific amount. However, we will deduct the shipping costs incurred from your total refund amount once a package is returned for a refund.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid any lost items. We are not responsible for any missing returned parcels.

The processing time for refunds is up to 7 days after receiving your return. We will contact you after receiving your return and refund the product costs, excluding our shipping costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 working days.
