2.2. By accessing or using the Mazdeli website, the Customer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3. Agreements

3.1. All product listings on the Mazdeli website constitute invitations to make offers.

3.2. Orders placed by the Customer are offers to enter into a purchase agreement.

3.3. Mazdeli reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

Article 4. Prices

4.1. All prices on the Mazdeli website are in Euros (€) and include VAT.

4.2. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Article 5: Payment

5.1. Payment for orders is processed through Shopify Payment.


Article 6: Retention of Title

6.1. Ownership of products remains with Mazdeli until full payment is received.

Article 8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product.

8.2. Returns must adhere to Mazdeli's Return Policy, which includes the following conditions:

•Items must be returned within 14 days.
•Items must be unworn.
•All labels and tags must remain attached.
•Article 9. Reimbursement of Delivery Costs

9.1. In case of withdrawal, Mazdeli will reimburse the standard delivery costs.

Article 10. Delivery and Delivery Period

10.1. Mazdeli aims to deliver within the specified delivery period.

10.2. Delivery times may vary for international orders. Please refer to the Mazdeli website for detailed information.

Article 11. Warranty

11.1. Mazdeli provides a warranty in accordance with Dutch and European laws.

17.1. Images and descriptions of products on the Mazdeli website serve as samples/models.

Article 19: Amendment Clause

19.1. Mazdeli reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
